July 24th, 2020 - D'Arcy Burke died today in his Chromag shirt, with his parents and soulmate by his side. One day, we will gather with our hundreds of hearts together. A lovely man

We don't see each other often, but when we do it's always a lovely chat and realization of how time passes seamlessly. From parties at the Beaver house back in the early days to WB staff parties. Since I'm not out doing the amazing adventures you partake in, I don't get to see you in your element. I love seeing pictures of you pop up from time to time out on your bike or skiing with amazing backdrops. Living life to the fullest.

Joe has fond memories of Blowdown ski touring and hikes getting firewood for the season, and having great conversations after enjoying the elements.

When I heard of your diagnosis, the first thing I thought was...it always gets the good one's. You are a lovely man D'Arcy Burke. Fuck Cancer.

Thanks for all your help Emma you have been very supportive. I have many fond memories of tagging along and having Joe mentor me in the ways of ski touring and travelling in the mountains.
