This is incredibly tough to sit down and write, but you both should know how much you are loved. I honestly didn't know where to start, but now it seems like I could write a book about the kind of people you are.

I've not known you an awfully long time, but I feel like I've known you forever. I don't even remember the first time we met, probably because you have a certain knack of putting people at ease and making them instantly feel like they've known you for a lifetime. I think it speaks volumes to who you are. Who you both are.

I had the pleasure of working with you at Chromag for a few years, and in that time you made me feel like part of the family from the get go. You've towed me (and countless others) up many a friday ride climb, and shown me scores of new trails (some of which we may or may not have got in trouble for!). You've also helped keep the scurvy at bay with the daily fruit plate, a very simple act that anyone could have done, but didn't. You did.

I found these two gems below, probably taken about a minute apart, which are a testament to your character. Goofy D'arcy when people need their spirits lifting, sincere D'arcy when it's time to discuss the real shit. And everything in between.
